Patrick Bond Gives Testimony Against Electricity Price Hikes to NERSA
Patrick Bond, author of Politics of Climate Justice, recently gave an address to the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) opposing Eskom’s proposed increase to the cost of electricity. NERSA is the body responsible for regulating and signing off on the price hikes.
